The Magnificent Testimony of Jesus Christ in the World Today!

The Apostle John on the Isle of Patmos had a divine experience with the Glorified Jesus Christ. He gave him instruction for the churches and the wonderful Revelation of Jesus Christ that we find within the Holy Bible. We still see that Revelation unfolding to day as many people are still coming to Him in this day and age.
The Testimony of Jesus Christ is being proclaimed in parts of the World that the early disciples did not intercept in their time. Yet still two thousand years have passed and the same power that fell in the book of Acts on the day of Pentecost is flowing into the lives of many believers. That Testimony still holds the same magnificent power that it held then today.
What is your part in the sharing of this testimony? Are you like the Church in Philadelphia and full of brotherly love?  Maybe you are like the Saints in Ephesus and patiently laboring in the midst of
falsehood yet not giving up. Possibly you are like the Saints in Pergamos where satan's seat dwellest and holding on not denying His name. You could be like the Saints in Smyrna going through trials and poverty while all the while standing firm against blasphemers and getting ready to be thrown in prison.
Whichever position you are in today just remember that this powerful magnificent Testimony of Jesus Christ is worth your sacrifice and situation. Let us lift our hands up to the Lord Jesus Christ who knows how to deliver the Godly out of temptation.
2 Peter 2:9  "The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:"
I pray you are productive today in sharing this Magnificent Testimony.

How Is A Christian Identified?

Hello Everyone,
I trust you are having a Jesus week! I have been thinking lately about how people identify themselves. People have always since Babylon grouped off with those who speak their language. Its been that way for Centuries. How about in Christianity in our world? Not True Biblical Christianity but the Religious view? I often ask people to come to Church Meetings. Sometimes I get the response,"Oh, I'm Catholic or I'm Baptist etc." It seems the mindset for some is that Jesus is Catholic or Baptist. He is not!!!
Jesus is God. He is not going to ask you when you arrive at Heaven's gate if you were Baptist or Catholic or Pentecostal and how closely you followed the religions rules. He is going to ask you if you kept His Holy Word and if your name is written in the Book of Life ?There are some who need to wake up and find Jesus before its too late.
(Acts 17:31 [KJV])
Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
Jesus in Non-Denominational. He is God. He doesn't underwrite Religious groups. He underwrites His word. As long as someone is following Jesus and keeping His Word and allowing that Word to do the Work its supposed to then
that person is being led by Jesus. The minute they get off into all the mindsets and theologies that don't coincide with the Word then that person is (and sorry is no better term that I can think of right now to describe it) LOST! If you were on a path that led to Heaven and you are off that path then you are LOST and need to get back on track.
Have a great day and Let Jesus be the Lord of your life!

Spiritual Warfare Conference

What do you think of when you see the phrase ‘Spiritual Warfare’?

I think of guns and cannons coming at me from places I cannot see. I think of what the Bible speaks of as fiery darts sent from an enemy that is in another realm. If you think these kinds of thoughts, you are not far from the truth as defined by the Bible. It reads in Ephesians Chapter 6:12:

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

Ask yourself, ‘do things keep happening in my life that have no earthly explanation?’ If so, maybe something spiritual is going on that can be combated, if you just knew how to use weapons given to us in the Bible. Maybe, you just need a Spiritual Boot Camp. If so, we have one coming up in Kaplan, La. Speakers who are ‘Experts in War’, as one of the conference speakers has stated. This speaker also has a book entitled, “Becoming an Expert in War.”

On April 8th and 9th, ‘Defeating the Darkness’, will be taking place at Acadian Lighthouse Church. We will begin on Friday night at 7pm and again on Saturday morning at 9am. The cost is free just bring your Bible. If you need a Bible call and let us know. Come and learn how to use Biblical weapons to fight the unseen forces that are bombarding you.

For more information call 337 517 3954.
