When you are listening to someone in need, a key word to listen for is the word 'but'.
He or she will be talking then use the word 'but'. That is the time to really listen. You are about to hear something very important. Everything is okay 'but'. My life is okay 'but'. My Christian walk is okay 'but'. My ministry is okay 'but'.
