All are to come to Jesus. Jesus needs to be every ones God.
When we lived and I pastored in Minneapolis, MN, we passed out Bible tracts in the uptown area. There are many homosexuals and prostitutes living in this area.
We sowed seeds of the gospel (Bible tracts) to many in this area. We harvested souls. Thank you Jesus!!!!!
At one time 1/3 of our church came from a homosexual background. It was difficult at first for me to deal with them. Jesus makes the way! I had managed a Red Lobster Restaurant where 1/3 or so of the staff were practicing homosexuals. I had to tolerate their verbal and physical abuse. They knew I was a follower of Jesus. There were some interesting debates on creation, etc.
There was a certain ex-prostitute. I would pick her up each Sunday morning for our meetings. She had a real hunger for knowing Jesus.
There were dramatic changes in these people's lives. To see someone who doesn't know Jesus to being a follower of Jesus is very exciting!
The homosexuals and prostitutes know they were sinners!
They need to know Jesus loves them and will forgive them!
Your church needs to open their arms to these people. They really need the love of Jesus. Hell and the Lake of Fire should not await them. They need Jesus' salvation.
