Great Revival of Truth

I recently read an article by a Minister who said, He felt that there was a great awakening or drawing near to Jesus going on in South Africa." I believe there is. I believe there is a Great Revival of Truth that Jesus wants to give not only South Africa but entire world. There are many scriptures that speak of truth and the Spirit of Truth. We are not seeking as Christians only an experience that makes us feel good or drunk in our own spirits. We must embrace the truth of Jesus' Word. We can not only come to the Master's table expecting to eat dessert. We must come for the main course and eat the whole book. We cannot pick and choose. We must obey the truth of the Gospel. We have to do what the Word says:

Pro 23:23 Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.

We must pray the following scripture into our lives until it takes hold of us.

Psa 31:5 Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O LORD God of truth.

We are already in the hour this following scripture speaks of:

Joh 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

We have no excuse for the Spirit of Truth dwells on the inside of true believers who
have been Holy Spirit filled. We must listen to the voice of Jesus. His voice is never
contrary to His Holy Word. If we hear something speaking to us whether directly or through a pulpit that is contrary be aware that it is not Jesus speaking but either a human spirit with a lack of truth or satan desiring to deceive us.

Joh 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

The Holy Spirit also known as the Comforter speaks truth to us and this truth always is validated by the Bible. Jesus does not speak against His own Word.

Joh 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

In the Book of John believers are clearly being prepared to understand that when they receive the Holy Spirit that the words they receive will be His words and would
guide them into more truth. We do not find them receiving the Spirit of Truth until
the Day of Pentecost but these words were spoken to prepare them for what was to come. We can also look at them and see again a witness that the Spirit of Jesus' testifies of the truth and validates His Word.

Joh 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

The Bible speaks in Ephesians of the Word of Truth, the Gospel of your salvation
We know that true salvation is more than just receiving the Holy Spirit but we have
to receive the whole experience just like the early believers did. We have to obey
what the Apostles taught throughout the New Covenant. They did not just teach repentance, or water baptism, or Holy Spirit Baptism. They taught that you needed it all. We cannot only hang onto a portion of the truth. We must have the fullness of truth. The Bible says the fullness of the Godhead dwelt in Christ Jesus bodily. We are not just Oneness in Theology. We are Fullness in Theology. We want the whole Bible not just part. We want everything Jesus has for us.

Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

Go Ye Into All The World and Preach the Gospel

My dear husband was up late last night preparing Seminary manuals. This morning again I heard him laboring getting more studies ready. He sends the truth of the gospel around the world. It is a blessing to be married to someone so diligent. He is an early riser and makes the most of each moment of his life. It is so good to witness the life of someone who feels the gospel is the most important thing in life. We are getting ready to visit the Nation of Nigeria.
I am very excited to travel with my husband as he is a fantastic Bible teacher. In help him edit the studies he writes and it always inspires me to dig deeper into the Words of Jesus.
This week we spent lots of time at a Music Store buying a new guitar for ministry. I have played since I was eleven years old and when I received the Holy Ghost I was worshipping Jesus on my guitar. Music is very important to me. I love to worship Jesus and love to help others enter into worship. It is a blessing to have someone in my life who wants to enter into worship as well. I want to thank Brother Klein for caring about me and blessing me with a new guitar. I cannot put into words what it means to me. Thank you!

Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Suffer Not the Little Children to Come Unto Me.

We are raising our children to know Jesus and the truth of His Word.
Our children are blessed spiritually, physically and emotionally with the
love of two parents, but not all children in the world are so fortunate.

It is with this in mind that we take on an orphanage request in South
India that is due to the ministry efforts of Abraham Victor. We will
be sending children's materials and Bibles for children to India.

If anyone wants to be a part let me know. We are not able to do
everything in the world. Jesus needs partners in ministry with
what He is doing. He has a great love for children. They are the
future of the Kingdom of Jesus here on earth. Help teach a child
truth. Here in Louisiana among the French Acadians, we have
a concept. If company arrives, just add more water and seasoning
to the gumbo.

Well, the Word is food for our souls, and Jesus promises to give
to those who ask Living Water that they may drink and never thirst
again. There is more than enough 'Living Water', available for
any company that arrives and is thirsty. Jesus said, " I am the
Bread of life." We have more than enough " Bread of Life" to share
with company. Be a blessing to the kingdom. We can all expect to
receive, if we do as the scripture says and cast our Bread upon the
waters. We then have the promise that it shall return to us after
many days. Be a blessing today.

Translating our Biblical Study Manuals into French - Prayer Request

Cameroon

Hello Friends,

We are attempting to translate all of our Biblical study manuals into the French language.

WHY? A new Apostolic Theological Seminary in Cameroon, Africa needs Biblical study manuals in English and French.

Dana knows some French; her parents spoke fluent French. I don't know French.

I have taken a few Biblical manuals, and plugged them into an online translator to arrive at 'run together' French Biblical manuals, I hope!
So, now I must go through line by line to arrange hopefully French words into the same structure as the English manual. This is all very time consuming!
The goal is to send the pastor a manual script that is close to being right. Then have him and his ministry make corrections. Then we would re-print the manuals.

Please pray this project would be completed soon with accurate translations. Please also pray for volunteers of like faith to help translate French and other languages.

There are others languages which have been requested.

In Jesus,
Bruce

Jesus asks, " Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God: I know not any."

Isaiah 44:8 declares;
Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have I not told thee from that time,
and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God
beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.
Many people in our midst do not know this simple basic truth.
I am so blessed to be gathering Bibles that have basic
doctrine in the front of them that teaches who Jesus is.
I am also very blessed to be headed with Brother Klein
to the Nation of Nigeria in the month of May. I hope to
bring at least two hundred bibles to pass out to Pastors
and Ministers who will be in attendance at the Graduation
of Azusa Theological Seminary. One of the first Seminary teaching manuals
that Brother Klein sends out is " Who is Jesus?" This is the basis
of all Bible truth knowing that there is only One True God who is Messiah.
In Jesus' day men had so much trouble due to their theological teaching
believing that Jesus is God. Still today we see the same.
Those who have received the true message of salvation have
all started out with a Bible base. How great it is to have Jesus show us
all that we have accomplished in heaven due to our simple faith building
work here on earth. It all starts with first possessing in our hands a Bible.
The Bible is the basic book that gives us the plan of Jesus for our lives.
In many nations of the world a Bible is rare and expensive and this should
not be. Some read over and over just one page and keep it well hidden as those in concentration camps did with scripture. They would write scripture down on
paper crudely and read it over and over and then destroy it if the enemy happened upon them. To them the Words of God were precious. Today most every American
home has a bible on the desk, table or in their personal library.
The scripture declares in Psalm 132:2

I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy Name for thy loving kindness
and for thy truth for thou hast magnified thy Word above all thy Name.
Yes, we love Jesus and worship Him in Spirit and in Truth like the Word says but so many times we forget that His Word , He has magnified above all His Name.
It is time we make His Word a priority. There are people living on the face of Earth that need to hear how to be saved before they die. Like the blog I read by Brother Klein this morning on how long souls will be in the Lake of Fire, I want to be ready
to reach those who are ready. We need to look upon the fields today while we
it is still day and we can work before the night cometh when no man works the Bible declares. Today is the day of Salvation. How about giving someone a Bible? How
about sending something eternal with a missionary? We can and will go. Will you come and go with us by sponsoring someone else's way to heaven?
Contact me at home or by email and let me know if you want to help. I would be glad to put your Church's name in the front flap of that Bible just so they know who loved them enough to send it. I saw the faces of little children living in Leper Colonies on my husbands last trip. How would you like the Bible you send to be used so a little
child could be taught how to be saved? Little children grow up to carry the truth of
salvation to the land in which they live. Each soul is important. Please join with me
in prayer and burden for those who have less than we do in this world. There is a common saying among those who work in foreign lands that if you give a person
a fish you are only feeding them for a day but if you teach them to fish you are feeding them for a lifetime. I need the supplies folks and fishermen for Jesus can go forth and
do the work I cannot for their lifetimes. Will you help me?

Apostolic - Pentecostal

Hello Students,

What is the difference between the use of the words 'Pentecostal' and 'Apostolic'?

United Pentecostal Church International is an Apostolic denomination.
http://www.upci.org/about.asp
Oneness of God
http://www.upci.org/about.asp#oneness

International Pentecostal Holiness Church is a denomination which is not Apostolic in doctrine. They use the word 'Pentecostal'.
http://www.iphc.org/

Trinitarian
http://arc.iphc.org/theology/amp1.html

Pentecostal Church of God is a denomination which is not Apostolic in doctrine. They use the word 'Pentecostal'.
http://www.pcg.org/
Trinitarian
http://www.pcg.org/cgi-bin/gx.cgi/AppLogic+FTContentServer?pagename=FaithHighway/10000/7000/880PE/main_believe

My reason for documenting Pentecostal denominations is to show the use of the word 'Pentecostal' is used by those who are and aren't Apostolic. The word 'Apostolic' is more definitive; the word 'Apostolic' is more exact in describing what I believe. The word 'Pentecostal' maybe describing someone who does not hold to Christian doctrine.

So consequently, I use the word 'Apostolic' because it identifies me as one who believes the Godhead is not composed of three persons, and that a Christian is one who has been water baptized in Jesus' name and has been Holy Spirit baptized with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

Some Apostolics teach Pentecostals have more of an outward holiness position than Apostolics. Overall, most Pentecostals cut their hair and wear pants. Most Apostolics don't cut their hair or wear pants. So, which word would you like to use? Apostolic or Pentecostal?

I have chosen to use the word 'Apostolic'!

Death Bed Salvation?

Hello Friends,

I was at a funeral.

I had spent time with the person in the casket before their death. She was unresponsive to my visits. She could not talk. I don't know if she knew I was in the room with her. She had been unresponsive for months!

Is she in heaven, or did she wait too long to:
Had she waited to the last moment to repent?
Had she been water baptized in Jesus' name for the washing away of sin?
Had she been Holy Spirit baptized with the evidence of speaking in tongues?

Many patients during their last days on earth are receiving so much medication, to the point they can't understand plain English! At this point, they can not understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It has pasted their day of salvation.

Hell is not eternal - meaning those in Hell will eventually be cast into the Lake of Fire. Eternal torment in the Lake of Fire is eternal! Suffering in the Lake of Fire is FOREVER. One can't repent in Hell or in the Lake of Fire!

Rev 20:14 "And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death."

Now is the day of salvation! 2 Corinthians 6:2

Today is your day of salvation.

Today, would you please decide to have a personal relationship with Jesus the Christ?

Do you only know about Jesus? Or, do you really know Him? Do you love Jesus?

Attending a church does not make you a Christian. You must know who Jesus is!

He is definitely not a person in the Trinity! Jesus is God! There is only one God. There are no others.

How could you become a Christian at your death bed?

To be a Christian one must Biblically:
1. Know who Jesus is
2. Repent of sinning
3. Be water baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the washing away of sin (Acts 2:38, 22:16)
4. Be Holy Spirit baptized with the evidence of speaking in tongues (Mark 16:16, 1 Corinthians 14)
5. Do Father's will (Matthew 7:21-23)

Bruce

A Woman Without A Man is Like a Fish Without A Bicycle

These were famous words during the late sixties and early seventies.
I know; I used to read MS Magazine being a young impressionable lady. Most of America can remember the feminist movement and the various slogans and bra burning ceremonies. I can only say they must have had not much need for support during some of those ceremonies.
We saw a surge of American Women in the work force and children marched off to daycare as babies while people began to find themselves. I am not so much writing today about Women's right to fair wage or to attend universities of their choice or the right to have freedom from suffrage or oppression. Those things are inherently good. We need to get fair wages and be free from abuse. Jesus wants women to have the right to study and learn of Him, and be useful in life as He taught Mary at the home of Martha and Lazarus and the Bible says great was the company of women who followed Him and ministered to Him. The culture and climate of Israel
at the time of Jesus Christ was so different than it is today, but we don't have to leave the principles that He and the early disciples and Apostles left for us and march to the beat of a worldly drummer doing our own independent thing without the blessing and defending our rights to become something outside of the gospel.

The Worldly view of a woman is that she is equal to a man and therefore should not be protected and sheltered and taken care of. I heard the opinions being a child growing up in the Sixties and Seventies expressed that remarked that if a woman wanted to be equal to a man then she should be forced to do all the things men do and just prove to her that she
is not equal. Well guess what??? She is not. She is distinctly made for man for the service of the Lord. She was made as a gift when God saw how lonely man was. Adam received Eve as a blessing tailor made from his own flesh and bones. It is when he fell into disobedience with God that he looked at her in a different sense and even called her by a different name. What a shame that walking out of God's will, will cause a man to not have the same affection for his own wife that God intended. What a shame that walking outside the will of God will cause a woman to have disrespect for her husband's authority in the home and family. We though as children of Jesus Christ can walk in the realm of grace concerning this Bible truth. Today sadly many men do not step into the heavenly realm concerning the proper treatment of the gift of God given to them. They either abuse it or neglect it or abandon it. It is a great trial for a woman in the world to be both a mother and father to children. To be both a protector and provider and try to give the children the emotional attention they so desperately need to deal with life and the future ahead while many times being financially in crisis or emotionally in crisis or just exhausted.
Some situations are so bad that women are forced to leave the home with the children. I would never tell anyone to stay in a relationship where the spouse is a horrible example and not serving the Lord ever. It would be better to dwell in the house of the Lord and raise the children without demonic influence than to try to over come some of the horrible sinful practices of today and their influence on your children. In Old Testament days men would have been stoned for being an infidel and women would have been cared for by a kinsmen redeemer like we see in the case of Ruth and Naomi. Ruth's husband died and by following the will of Jesus she was rewarded with not only a wonderful person to care for her but being in the lineage of Jesus Christ. God loves a cheerful giver. Though circumstance dealt her a bad hand the Lord was able to see her through
He will do the same for us as the scriptures declare that He is the same yesterday, today and forever. If He did it for Ruth, He will glady do the same for you and I and whosoever calls upon His Name expecting.
We don't have to take on the image and persona of a man to be equal in the sight of Jesus. Shamefully, women after the fall were not cared for in the same perspective that Adam first cared for Eve on the day that she was formed. We have the "After the fall of man", mentality floating around the world today and it has caused women to suffer and be abused and be treated like cattle and property in the world. It has caused a fight back rebellious attitude and a self defense mentality to reign instead of a meek and quiet nature.

The world says women have no worth unless their dollar per hour is way up and they have numerous degrees. That did not matter when Anna was mentioned being in the temple praying day and night or Timothy's mother and Grandmother were mentioned by Paul in the Scriptures.
I would rather have a degree from the Master than a Masters degree in worldly knowledge. I would rather raise righteous living sons and daughters than choose my own way or career above them and use abortifactants.

A few years back I was a volunteer for Crisis pregnancy
and showed a film on what an actual abortion was to women who were feeling at the end of their road and seeking help and guidance. Well we need to educate ourselves on what causes a fetus to die. Not only do the abortion clinics kill children daily but so do our Apostolic ladies when they choose means of birth control and do not understand how it works. We are flushing our future Prophets and leaders down the toilet. The Children of Israel allowed Asa to lead them into Idol worship and throw living babies in the belly of a molten god, but what are we doing when we ignorantly destroy our unborn children and sacrifice them for money or convenience
or a selfish mentality? We are doing the same things and wondering why we are not blessed. Jesus no longer winks at ignorance. We to whom much is given are going to give an account of our actions. Its not too late for repentance and to move into right relationship with Jesus. Before you put something into your mouth know what it is and what it does. Be a daughter of the most high God. I don't condemn you. I have done it myself thinking that I could not support any more children. I took a birth control pill that caused miscarriages. I being only nineteen did not know this but education as a Nurse helped me to understand it does. We have libraries and computers at our fingertips and can know what does and does not abort a fetus. We have no excuse Today, if you are reading my writing and continue on in your sin then Jesus is going to hold you accountable so go and look these things up. Jesus always provides for His children not the welfare system. He can give a man who is not the chiefest in intelligence the knowledge of witty inventions and that invention bless his home and family tremendously. I really admire our modern day tent making contractor who build and remodel and repair houses and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ as well, not putting a financial burden on the church or society that the gospel not be made ashamed. Laziness is of the devil, and we need not bring shame to the name of Jesus Christ in our communities under the guise of doing a ministry yet starving our families and not providing for their needs. Priscilla worked right along side Aquila, so sometimes we have too as well for the cause and not to bring shame to the name of Jesus.

My husband told me that when we were in public a few days ago he was very glad to be with me in that I am what He likes a lady to look like. I can say the same for him. He always takes the time to dress professionally and appropriately. Many people say this doesn't matter that the clothes don't make the men, but sorry guys it does to us. If I were with someone and they dressed sloppy and cared nothing for their physical appearance, I would not feel as privileged as I do nor as blessed. Fishing clothes have their place and mine hang in the closet for their appointed time, but I am telling the truth when I say ladies love to be escorted by someone who cares how they look and dress and the extra time it takes to shine your shoes is worth it all. Brother Bruce is a great example of a courteous gentleman. He opens my door and seats me in chairs. He puts on my cloak or coat and makes me feel cared for. It is a refreshing thing considering when I look around I see couples out and ladies opening their own doors and sometimes it seems I have seen a shoe or two dragging the curve while she struggles to get in the car lest her foot be run over. That is not loving your wife as Christ loves the Church. The truth is if you want your wife to act lady like treat her like a lady. I am very blessed to be treated like a lady. Little gifts or books or flowers show up at my home in the hand of the handsomest man I know. I love books and love to read and when I get flowers I get excited. I also love clocks and watches. I don't care if it cost five dollars or a hundred as I have both and like them anyway.

In conclusion I like being a lady and like being treated like one. I love dresses and perfume and having a manicure or a pedicure. I love being taken to a nice restaurant and pampered. I only have one life, and want it to be spent with the handsomest man I know, so the happier we are during our life and ministry on earth the better. I refuse to allow the world to take the things from me that I feel are my right and privilege as a lady. Its bad enough when circumstance deals you a bad hand but to choose a bad hand over a good one thinking its win win is deception. We need to choose to be what Jesus made us to be. The problem people have is the interpretation often is filtered though a demonic stronghold and teaching. I choose life and that more abundant. Today consider your ways and consider whether you personify what Jesus would have His bride personify.
If marriage is a type of Christ and the Church, then we need to strive to move into the bond of perfection and the pattern of dying to self that magnifies His image and teachings. The Sermon on the Mount is still true today as is Genesis through Revelation. We can either be a Christian or pretend we are one. I am praying to be all I can be in Jesus Christ.

Dealing with Grief

In dealing with grieving people on a daily basis, I try to get those bereaving to realize that they have other emotions which still work other than sadness. Would their loved one desire them to always be sad?

During the first week of February, I put together a memorial service for those who had died while under the care provided by the hospice company.

We gathered in a church's sanctuary, where I preached (taught) to those bereaving. At the start of my speaking, sadness was in the air. Should this service be only one of sadness? I believe Jesus wanted these participants to realize that sadness is okay, but also that joy is okay as part of the bereavement process. Using Bible verses and wit, I tried to place joy in their hearts.

After some Bible verses and preaching, I was sharing funny experiences in China. To explain one of the jokes used in China. I took off a sock and shoe. There were funny responses from my staff mates. I quickly put my bare smelly foot into a RN's face. She complained. I tried another RN's face. By now most of the sad people are howling, having a great time. I told jokes for another twenty minutes acting out my antics. The participants went home joyful, not sad!

Would their deceased loved one like them to have an evening of sadness and joy? They went home in an uplifted mood. They went home thinking positive, joyful thoughts about their deceased loved ones! They went home realizing they have emotions - sadness, joyfulness, etc.

Bernie Wade - Easy Believism, Preterism

Hello Everyone,

I was at Bernie Wade's home in Kentucky for 3 days and 3 nights. He and his family are very gracious hosts!

We traveled to his home thinking he was Apostolic.

He holds to easy believism.

He holds to Preterism. After he explained his points of end times, I exclaimed, so you are preterist. His response was, no, I am not preterist!

I have 3 masters and a doctor of theology degree; I know preterism!

I have another witness of Bernie Wade's Preterism.

PS. For those of you, who think it is politically incorrect to name names while pointing out heresy within the church, look to Paul's letters. He corrected Peter, and the list of names goes on!

PSS. Mr. Wade told me he had been a UPC pastor in Ohio.

Apostolics Need to be Involved in Reaching Prisoners with the Gospel

Hello Friends,

We all have a responsibility to reach prisoners with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Would you like more information on how to minister in a prison?

The following non-Christian study provides basic information for a prison/jail ministry.

http://www.globalchristians.org/harvest/Prison/JailAndPrison.htm

As with every ministry, you must always be led by the Holy Spirit!

“Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. 37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? 38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? 39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? 40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. 41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: 42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: 43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. 44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? 45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. 46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.” Matthew 25:36-46

Hello Friends,

The goal in our family is to have a family Bible study, when we as a family set down in our living room and have Jesus teach us through a family member. Last evening, Ashleigh taught us on an aspect of spiritual warfare. She is twelve. Saturday evening, Joseph our seven year old will teach our family Bible study. Normally, I teach the family Bible study. Our children know how to teach the Bible.

Some parents expect the church to teach their children. From my experience, Sunday School is when they make a craft and learn a Bible story which most children already know. Why? Most churches seem to use a standard curriculum from their denomination. The lessons are not written by the Sunday School teacher for the spiritual level of his or her students.

I believe parents have the responsibility to train their child. Children must be taught how to make godly choices in life. Is not to train your child in Jesus' ways, sin?

In years past benching was used by many families to teach their children. Benching is when after supper all would stay at the table to pray and study the Bible.

"And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest
in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up." Deuteronomy 6:7

"Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us. 4 We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done. 5 For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children: 6 That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children: 7 That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:" Psalm 78:3-7

"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6

"And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. " Ephesians 6:4

"And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus." 2 Timothy 3:15

Bruce Klein's Life Verse

Dear Friends,

How are you all?

Below is my life verse.

" These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, ... : 6 But go rather to the lost sheep ... . 7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. 8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give." Matthew 10:5-8

A Key Word in a Counseling Situation

Dear Friends,

When you are listening to someone in need, a key word to listen for is the word 'but'.

He or she will be talking then use the word 'but'. That is the time to really listen. You are about to hear something very important. Everything is okay 'but'. My life is okay 'but'. My Christian walk is okay 'but'. My ministry is okay 'but'.

Sinning on the Way to Hell

Hello Friends,

A few months back, the chief of police who regularly attends a certain Apostolic church was asked by a man this question. 'Now that we know each other, can I speed through your town without getting a speeding ticket?' The chief of police responded by saying, 'I won't give you a speeding ticket; I'll shoot you!'

Jesus says, we are brothers, or you are my sister. Do we now think we can sin because we are Jesus' friend? Are we now special? Can we now sin without consequence? Do you think you are special which means Jesus now winks at your sin?

"And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:" Acts 17:30

"Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin." James 4:17

Do you lie? Do you steal? Do you look at pornography? Do you _____ ? What keeps you from living a holy life? What keeps you from a closer communion with Jesus? What is going to keep you from Heaven?

Jesus is Lord

Jesus is Lord. He is the Supreme Ruler of the Universe. We utter those words and sometimes it seems that we are part of the crowd leaving the tower of Babel after the judgement. The world we live in just doesn't make sense. It is during those times that we have to rely on Jesus being Lord and Master and know that His ways are above our ways. Lately, I have been going through a trial of faith. It seems at times like we just leave one fiery trial and another one arrives to take its place before we even get a chance to rest. It is the enemies job to make life hard for us when we are doing a good job witnessing and winning souls. I just went through one ordeal on my job with a person and hopefully finally passed that trial when another has been already hoisted my way. I suppose Jesus thinks I am growing and can handle it all. I can always rely on Jesus to strengthen me for the times ahead. We may not know what is ahead but He does. I think back to King David and how he first slay the lion and the bear and then went on to do greater things. The lion and the bear were only small change where God was concerned. The children of Israel needed a fierce leader to bring them through times of battle and David was it. He had many failings as a man but the bible says he was a man after God's own heart. That to me is very encouraging. I look at myself and see where my flesh many times fails to make the mark and I again need to cry out for strength but know that if I am sincere and seeking Jesus's perfect will for my life and doing all I can do on my own that mercy and truth will meet together and the goodness of Jesus will carry me through the trial instead of taking the trial away. I hope I have helped encouraged someone today to keep fighting the good fight of faith. Don't give up because you fail. Just get back up and try again. You are entrusted with a precious gift of faith. Pray that it fail not and let Jesus be Lord. You after all could never and will never be able to save yourself but He is able to save all who call on His name.

Bruce and Dana's Prayer Requests

Hello Friends,

Bruce has been asked to teach a Comparative World Religions course for Louisiana State University (LSU). The course, dates, and times have been agreed to by Bruce and the LSU committee. What is left to discuss is money. Please pray that when teaching the class, Jesus will always have His way.

Bruce and Dana believe they are being led to minister by shortwave radio. They are blessed to know Brother Joshua Sparks who has experience ministering by shortwave radio as an evangelist. Please pray for full allowance to speak fully as Jesus leads.

Bruce and Dana are both writing a book each for publication. Dana's book is on faith. Bruce's is on healing. Please pray Jesus will have His way in each book.

All things are possible

This is a great time to be working for Jesus. I am so blessed to work along side a Great
man of God. Jesus has blessed me tremendously. I wanted to share this for the sake of those who are struggling with English and have been shy to enter into one of our Biblical Greek classes. Don't feel like you cannot learn Greek. Its not that hard. I have studied Greek with Dr. Klein. His classes are easy to follow. The big concern for some is that they may not be able to comprehend the language, and that its too hard. Consider this: 1. You already know more than one language. 2. Jesus is going to help
you with the areas you lack as all things are possible with God. 3. Brother Klein is
going to help you along.
So with all this in mind maybe its time you take the chance and study Greek?
Its a very easy language. I find it to be easier than Acadian French. Since you will
be only dealing with the Biblical words its going to be easier than learning a whole new language. If I can do it so can you.

Demonbuster.com - Bad and Good

Hello Students,

On the internet there is a website titled demonbuster.com
Mr. Stan Madrak is the founder.

Dana and I had lunch with him the other day. He does not attend a church.

Below is a quote from his website:
"HOW YOU CAN, AND DO, HAVE DEMONS - EVERYONE HAS DEMONS, NO EXCEPTIONS (so this includes all Christians)." These are all his words! Satan has deceived and defeated Mr. Madrak!

"If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed." John 8:36

This man has seen demons manifest, but instead of casting them out, he plays games with them.

I have his Deliverance Manual in my home. There are some good teachings in this book, but there are some very bad teachings, as well. You can read and download the entire manual for free on his website.

I had been trained at Hewisch Baptist Church, which had been set-up by Win Worley. Their theology is the same as Stan Madrak's. If you would like to see demons manifest; this is the place. They have a big deliverance service every 3 months. Mass deliverance is very wrong! I was a deliverance worker for many of these services.

Sister Klein's Fantastic Cajun Pecan Pralines

I know the title is bragging but when I make these as gifts people rave about the buttery taste, and since we have pecan trees in our yard I get to make them with fresh ingredients...yum, yum...but don't eat them a lot or you'll end up not able to pass through the door and have to have your car and coffin special made.

4 1/4 c.sugar...I use organic sugar..but you can use white if you can't get organic, but honestly you will be missing that special taste because organic has a hint of molasses taste.

2 c.milk(canned evaporated milk is the best taste but make sure you cut it with water like the label reads or it's too rich.)

1 stick butter(real butter not margarine)

1 tsp.REAL vanilla extract(if you can't get real vanilla in your area
take one vanilla bean and split it and place in (half pint)small bottle of Bourbon and let cure at least two weeks(wear a scarf and dark glasses when you purchase it..hehehe. This is what real vanilla is. The alcohol will dissolve in the cooking)

2 cups Pecan halves.

In a large heavy pot, mix 4 cups sugar, milk and butter. In another very small pot, melt or brown about 1/4 cup or less of sugar(this is what gives pralines the brown color. We do not use brown sugar)

When the large pot starts to boil, add the small pot of sugar, stirring
constantly.
Bring to a soft boil stage and immediately take off of fire. Add vanilla and pecans.
Stir until it starts to turn a dull color, and you feel that it is getting hard to stir; you may hear a cracking sound!

Pour on waxed paper.

Note: When I make these I line cookie sheets with wax paper and turn them out on these.I use a large stainless steel cooking spoon and about a spoonful like this is enough for each praline.

They do not take long to cool. I store them in tins or give them away in glass jars. These are fantastic and this is the recipe the older Acadian women make.

Setting Captives Free

It is a blessing and a curse to work in a prison. Some days I thank Jesus for it and other days I am so weary of it. When you walk side by side with those who don't know Jesus as Lord and
Saviour it can be such a burden. If that person wants to know Jesus its an easy and wonderful task. If that person is loving the sinful life and has no desire for change then its a hard walk.
Pray for me as I work and minister to those who are sick and dying in our prison system. I would love to share truth to as many as possible. Pray the Lord would open up hearts that are so bound and set them free with the gospel of Jesus Christ in our prisons. Not everyone may be able to go where I go but your prayers can go there. Some of these people will never walk free in the world outside of these prison gates again but we can go with the gospel. If you
have a burden for prison ministry please contact me. I can give you advice and also would love for you to become my prayer partner in this matter. Its Jesus' will to visit those in prison but we really need to visit them with the truth in salvation.

Today is the Day of Salvation!

In doing all our Bible School correspondence today I was thinking of how many
different place around the world have been contacting us wanting to open
schools. The Bible says today is the day of Salvation and it truly is. There are more
and more people who are looking for the true Gospel now than ever before. They
are not satisfied with a mundane Christian experience but are wanting to study
the Word of God in depth. Gone are the days of three songs and a testimony.
We as the people of the Name of Jesus have so much opportunity to fulfill
the Great Commission right now in our generation than ever before. Its an
exciting time to work in the Kingdom of Jesus and I am so glad the
Klein Family is being used of Jesus. Thanks to everyone who has blessed us so
far this year we keep you in prayer and hope the best of everything for you.

Who is Greatest?

There was a problem among the Brethren who walked with Jesus. That problem was a position problem.
Matthew 18:1 finds the disciples asking Jesus who is the greatest in the kingdom of God? His reply was to take a little child and set him in the midst of them and state that in order to be great in the kingdom you have to humble yourself as a little child.
One thing that really stands out to me is that a child is willing to be taught. We must be willing to be taught. A child is also innocent and believes all you tell them as the parent. In order to be great in the kingdom we must keep a pure heart and pure faith in Jesus and believe all His Word tells us. Children though sometimes get jealous of one another and that is understandable but in the kingdom of Jesus we must realize that we are loved the same. We don't have to push one another aside to get to Jesus. He is willing to hold each of us close to Him. He unlike an earthly parent is Omnipresent which means He is in all places at all times. He fills the Universe with His presence and His eyes are always watching us and over us. That is a comforting thought to the believer and a discomforting thought to the sinner. Some think their sin is hid from the eyes of the Lord but He sees all things and knows all things.
Heaven will be a lovely place for those who love Jesus. It would be a place of misery for those who love sin because no sin will enter heaven. Today if you feel less than your neighbor realize that you are not less. The bible says that the least in the Kingdom of God is greater than John the Baptist. That is pretty great as far as greatness goes. John was chosen of God and came in the Spirit of Elijah the Prophet. Imagine that the bible says the least in the Kingdom is greater than John!
Have a Jesus Day and do all you can do for Him.

Offended, NO!

Hello Friends,

Should one be offended?

When I was younger, if a driver of a car cut in front of me or whatever, I would become angry/offended. I would admire other drivers who didn't become angry over the rudeness of other drivers.

These days, I barely give notice to rude drivers. I choose not to be offended.

In marriage, one needs to not become offended with your spouse, if the issue is not one of sin. Becoming offended over adultery is very acceptable. Of course, when one was under the Old Covenant, the adulterer or adulteress was stoned. A permanent solution to being offended!

As a Christian, one should say or do nothing to purposely cause an offense.
"It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak" Romans 14:21

"Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:" 1 Corinthians 10:32

Keep on Doing Good!

"And let us not be weary in well doing : for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." Galatians 6:9

Don't let your current circumstance or your atmosphere dictate your future. I love the story of the young lady called, "Homeless to Harvard." Her circumstance did not dictate what her future became. We can all get down and tired, and our bodies can get weary, but we need not give up. Some promises take a while to fulfill. It's Jesus' time not our time. His ways the Bible says are above our ways. When we try to fulfill our own destinies, we end up like Sarah and Abraham, and Ishmael ends up being a thorn in our side for generations. Let us hold on to faith and fight a good fight like Paul the Apostle. We have not yet suffered unto death. We have nothing to complain about. Let us give Him thanks and praise, and offer up worship to heaven's throne. We have every right to praise Him for He has done great things for us. Thank You, Jesus. We will rise up on eagles wings and soar in the high places in You, Lord.

Preaching Directions

Hello Students,

Have you had people hear you preach, then afterward couldn't tell you what you preached?

In homiletic's class at Faith Baptist Bible College, a basic rule is:

First. Tell your audience what you are going to tell them.
Next. Tell them what you are telling them.
Last. Tell them what you have told them.

Do you get the idea. If you follow this repetition, your audience/congregation will have heard your main points at least three times.
